MAPFRE Inmuebles received the WORKPLACE 2025 award “for its commitment to the office industry,” as recognized by CESINE, the institution behind the award. CESINE is a publishing group specializing in training and workshops within the real estate sector.

The award was presented at the 9th edition of the Office and Coworking Forum, with MAPFRE Inmuebles General Manager Alfredo Muñoz accepting the honor on behalf of MAPFRE’s real estate investment branch.

This recognition highlights the impressive track record of MAPFRE Inmuebles, with the company currently managing a portfolio of office assets valued at €3.2 billion in 25 countries, primarily in Spain, Western Europe, and Latin America.

In recent years, the company has followed a strategy focused on acquiring prime office buildings in key EU markets, securing properties worth €900 million through partnerships with international investors.
