Fund Investment Objective

The objective of the Sub-fund MAPFRE AM – GOOD GOVERNANCE FUND is to provide long term capital growth. The Sub-fund will invest, either directly or through the use of financial derivative instruments, at least 75% of its net assets in transferable securities (mainly equities) of companies.

The required legal documentacion of the fund MAPFRE AM GOOD GOVERNANCE offer a detailed description of the objectives and investment strategy of the fund, with particular emphasis on the use of environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria in the selection of assets and the composition of the portfolio according to its classification as Article 8 SFDR. These documents include the informative Prospectus, where it is specified the investment policy of the fund, the inherent risks and investment restrictions; as well as the Key Investment Information Document (KIID) of PRIIPS which provides a clear and concise summary of the most relevant aspects for the potential investor as well as details on the costs borne by the fund, the performance and the scenarios according to PRIIPS methodology. Additionally, we provide the sustainability annex according to Regulation (EU) on sustainable finance disclosures (SFDR) with an exhaustive description of the methodology on promotion of environmental and/or social characteristics done by the fund. The documents are completed with the Annual Report and periodic reports.
